Directions
Our boathouse is located inside Craftsmen Park at 4450 Rex Lake Dr, Akron, OH 44319. Be advised that both MapQuest and Yahoo Maps, as well as some GPS systems are slightly off in their directions. Coming on Rt 619 from the east, you will make a left hand turn at a traffic light onto Dusty's Rd, this light is 1.2 miles west of S Main St.
Coming on Rt 619 from the west, you will make a right hand turn at a traffic light onto Dusty's Rd, this light is 0.8 miles east of Rt 93 (Manchester Rd).
Once you are on Dusty's Rd, you will make your first right which is Rex Lake Rd and you will continue straight until the road forces you to turn right, at which point you will see the entrance to Craftsmen Park on your left.
When you enter the park, please observe the 5 mph speed limit, there are often many children's camps and activities in the park. About 200 meters after entering the park you will arrive at a parking lot, and our boathouse is just off to the left, to park wherever you can find a spot.
Craftsmen Park is not far from the intersection of Rt 93 (Manchester Rd) and Rt 619 (Turkeyfoot Lake Rd)
